Dan Skelton Stable Tour

Team Skelton have plenty of strength in depth in their Liverpool squad, led by Coral Gold Cup hero Le Milos in the Randox Grand National.

Dan Skelton has his team in fine order as another hugely important week ahead beckons with three days at Aintree commencing on Thursday and the ultimate hope of success with Le Milos in the Randox Grand National.

The winner of the Coral Gold Cup at Newbury in November has had his season geared to a tilt at the National and has evidently come on considerable since a warmup race in the Premier Chase at Kelso. He heads a quality team from the Alcester-based outfit who gained success at Aintree last April with Langer Dan.

Ashtown Lad also had a National entry but he will look to improve his already impressive form over the National fences when he contests the Topham Chase and the exciting Grey Dawning may well prove the ace in the Skelton pack when the improving youngster takes his place in the three-mile Sefton Novices’ Hurdle on Friday.

Fresh from a recent double at the Cheltenham Festival with Langer Dan in the Coral Cup and Faivoir in County Hurdle, Skelton kindly talked to Tony Elves of attheraces.com about his main hopes at the 2023 Grand National Festival.
