He should be ideally suited to the extra 200m this time and should claim his first win. Third-placed was experienced WOODSTARS (1) but he might battle to reverse the form over the longer trip. Supplemented IN SPACE (2) disappointed last time but if repeating his debut fourth could be a contender. NOOR AL AYN (4) was fourth in the key race and should run well again.

While the winner of the race proved far too good, HODAYA (7) made an excellent debut to finish third, and with further progress expected she could have the edge in this field. The opposition will be led by BAILA NAK (3) and LATZIA (5) after their promising second and third places respectively at Lyon Parilly last time. MAJESTIC PEARL (4) improved markedly on her debut effort and could prove dangerous.

COTAI HERO (1) was never off the bit to score a runaway victory at Hyeres in June and despite the more than three-month break could put up a repeat performance. Another debutant at this level, DISSEMBLE (5) will also be aiming for a leading role. Entered at the highest claiming price, JUST FOR MEME (4) can make her presence felt in this category. LE DOC (2) knows this level particularly well, having finished no worse than fourth in his last seven starts and must be respected for that.

Runner-up on August 12th, LITERARY SONG (2) made a good impression in her first attempt over a mile and should not be inconvenienced by the step up in distance. GRASWANG (1) will be looking to spoil the party on his return following gelding. LEIA ORGANA (4) drops in distance but has finished in the frame four times from eight starts and has already performed well over 2,000 metres. The unraced LA COULONCHE (6) can take advantage of her favourable weight.
