KING FIERCE (4) has some good aspects to his profile and his trainer knows the time of day. He is given the nod over MAZATLAN (3), who has the benefit of race experience and was a creditable third in a claiming event at this track late in April two runs back. THE BLACK FRIDAY (7) has shown ability in stronger races and can be competitive dropping in class today. NAAD'IN (6) is another to consider each-way.

AKADAME (2) won at Lyon Parilly three runs back in a Class 4 hurdle and was then pitched into competitive races at Auteuil.
