Olly Murphy Stable Tour

The Stratford-upon-Avon star bids to build on another brilliant personal best, with a whole host of promising young recruits joining his proven performers

Olly Murphy continues to raise the bar in his burgeoning career, and another personal best was achieved in the 2025/26 National Hunt season when his 144 winners lapped up £1,828,081 in prize money.

From his base at Warren Chase Stables in Stratford-upon-Avon, Murphy has already accrued 32 winners from only 139 runners this term and, like his counterparts, is eagerly awaiting to unleash some of his top prospects when the rains finally do arrive.

Stable stalwart Rambo T could be in line for a repeat bid in the Silver Trophy Handicap Hurdle, live on Sky Sports Racing, at Chepstow's Welsh Racing Festival this weekend if conditions permit.

Star stayer Strong Leader is being primed for a second success in the Grade 2 West Yorkshire Hurdle at Wetherby on October 31 with another regular Resplendent Grey eyeing up a possible tilt at the Charlie Hall Chase.

There are several in his team who will be going novice handicap chasing this term after a fruitful time over hurdles, but it looks like there could be exciting times ahead with some potentially mouthwatering additions from the Irish point-to-point division and from other sources.

Olly kindly talked to Tony Elves of attheraces.com about a very impressive looking squad for the season ahead.
