I C U IN MY DREAMS sets a clear standard, with a couple of runner-up efforts sandwiching a solid enough fourth in a NH Flat race on the all-weather track here. Her jumping could have been better on her hurdling debut at Doncaster, but the experience will help and she should prove too good. Lipstick Traces was better in bumpers than she has been so far over obstacles, although she might be happier now back up in distance. Better is expected from R Krista now she goes jumping.
Point winner I C U IN MY DREAMS looked in need of the initial experience over hurdles but her runner up effort that day still sets the standard here. If making the expected improvement she can defeat the largely consistent Lipstick Traces who shaped as if this step up in trip would bring improvement last time. The form Cappa Lass showed in points has had several boosts so she is worth following in the betting ahead of her hurdle debut.
