The three-year-old scored with enough in hand to suggest there could be more to come and he edges the vote over Karakula Dancer. James Ferguson's gelding finished second to the selection at Southwell and shouldn't be underestimated at the revised weights. Stable debutant Crown The Future may fare best of the remainder.
Hard to knock the claims of Crimson Rambler, who is chasing a hat-trick following a C&D win last time and again has the assistance of Liam Wright and his 5lb claim but old rival KARAKULA DANCER is weighted to reverse previous Southwell form and could improve for the small step up in trip. He also has the assistance of the useful Harry Vigors and his 7lb claim. Crown The Future is one who could maybe improve a little having joined Tony Carroll and now stepped up in trip.
