Hat-trick seeking BAY EMPIRE followed up under a penalty last time and another bold bid is expected, despite a further 5-point rise. However, THE MIGHTIEST is 4kg better off for a half-length beating so she is weighted to turn the tables. EIGHT HATS capitalised on a drop in the ratings to win last time but, such was the manner of that victory, that a 7-point penalty shouldn't prevent a forward showing. Last-start maiden winner ONE STATE is improving so must be respected on his handicap debut. Hard-knockers UBERMENSCH and BOLD ACTION also have the means to get involved.
