PURE OCEAN has displayed ability in bumpers and could be the answer in a winnable event if translating that promise to obstacles. Flying Pimpernel also showed some encouragement in that sphere and is entitled to improve for her hurdling debut at Catterick earlier this month. Kayla's Friend is worth a check in the betting now starting out for Olly Murphy.

LISNAMURRICAN dropped out tamely when well fancied last time but a repeat of her debut runner up effort here should be enough. That form has been franked as has her point victory where she beat a classy rival who finished runner up at Cheltenham last week. Kayla's Friend is another who showed promise in points where she may have won but for a late faller. She is expected to leave the form of her sole Irish bumper start behind now hurdling up in trip for her new yard. Pure Ocean placed in a bumper last time and should also appreciate the extra distance now hurdling. She can fight for a place on the podium.
