Verdict

RUBY WEDDING had shown some promise in novice company before failing to land a blow on her handicap bow at Ascot. This looks a much easier task for Andrew Balding's filly and she won't be presented with many better opportunities to shed the maiden tag. Jujubella ran better when upped to 1m5f here on her latest outing and may prove to be more of a threat than Aussie Pearl, who needs to improve from her return over C&D.

A tight contest where all of the field can be given a chance. Geo arrives in the best form and the top weight looks on a workable mark but she does have major stamina concerns up in trip. Aussie Pearl failed to get home over C&D last time but she went too fast that day and is entitled to come on for the outing. She is a likely improver now handicapping along with RUBY WEDDING who still looked green when midfield in a stronger contest last time. Andrew Balding's filly is bred to relish this longer trip and should have too much class for this line up.
