MY MATE ROGER gets first-time cheekpieces for this assignment and can finally break through. He was beaten at skinny odds at Doncaster latest but his form prior to that was quite strong in the context of this race and he's not going to get many better opportunities than this. He's taken to strike at the expense of Test Run and Matter Of Britain.

This should be the day that MY MATE ROGER gets off the mark. Runner-up in each of his past fur outings, including over 10f the last twice, he stands out here on form and shouldn't have any issue with the drop to 1m. He can prove too strong for Test Run, who showed plenty on debut but had an absence to overcome. Al Fujairah is best of the remainder having shown up okay at 66-1 odds on debut.
