54 Expert View: Again below form seventh beaten 8l off 60 last time, 1lb lower here; suited by 10-12f, acts on soft, good and AW; bit to prove after recent efforts.
57 Expert View: Ran to recent best to get back to winning ways when winning a classified race here by a neck last time; effective 10-12f, acts on any; more needed back in a handicap.
57 Expert View: Bit keen, ran to form beaten 1/2l off this mark at Leicester last time; effective at 8-10f, acts on soft and AW; chance if building on latest.
50 Expert View: Didn't get home tried in cheekpieces beaten 6 1/2l in a handicap at Doncaster last time; bred for 8-10f; this trip could still stretch.
57 Expert View: Never in it from off the pace beaten 7 1/2l in a maiden at Lingfield last time; trainer in form; middle-distance bred; big, strong, workmanlike sort, might do better now handicapping over 12f.
58 Expert View: Reportedly never travelling beaten 4l off this mark at Windsor last time; tongue-tie first time; effective 1m-11f, acts on good to firm and AW; chance if returning to best.
47 Expert View: Well beaten again, far too keen throughout down the field in a maiden at Kempton most recent; since been gelded; returning from long layoff; big colt, could do much better now handicapping.
Verdict
Worlington never really travelled at Windsor last time but that course on quick ground isn't for every horse and he could do much better now tried in a new headgear combo. He may well win but ATATURK is from a family his trainer knows inside out and they often take off once upped to 12-plus in handicaps off a lowly mark. That's exactly what Ataturk is doing. Ibn Sirin, newly gelded and also making his handicap debut, and Home Secretary, yet to take off but still having potential for the Prescott stable, are others to consider.
