Verdict

CALAFRIO has thrived with two wins from four starts since joining George Baker and doesn't have much to find to add to the tally. This is slightly tougher than her latest success at Leicester, but she could again be hard to reel in. Vape won this race off 2lb higher last year and his course specialism makes him an attractive each-way proposition at the likely odds. Recent C&D winner Arnaz must also be feared with Billy Loughnane back in the saddle.

Watch out for: Vape (7)

ARNAZ snapped a long losing run over C&D last time and holds obvious claims escaping a penalty. Again he wil get his desired fast ground and the return to Billy Loughnane is a big positive. Calafrio has won her only start this summer and that form has been franked so she looks the chief threat off 5lb higher. The frustrating Some Nightmare has dropped in the weights and his latest run here is worth marking up so he can also play a part.
