Verdict

Shopaholic has shown very little in her three starts in maiden/novice company but could be seen in a different light up in trip on her handicap bow. Three Yorkshiremen makes his first appearance for Jack Jones and is noted, but ZARAQUELLE looks the way to go. James Owen's charge finished third over 1m2f at Yarmouth earlier this month and should have no issues with this step back up in distance.

Watch out for: Shopaholic (2)

ZARAQUELLE shaped well enough when third at Yarmouth last time and looks the type to benefit from this significant step up in trip. Her hurdles form suggests stamina should not be an issue, so she gets the vote for James Owen in a modest contest. Beaune is a recent dual course winner and has dropped back to a workable mark, but she needs to bounce back from a few of below-par efforts since completing that double. The Pug is hard to trust after an inconsistent spell, though his close Chepstow third two starts ago showed he retains enough ability to be involved if putting his latest mishap behind him.
