PERCY'S STAR impressed at Leicester when he made all for a successful handicap debut on his penultimate start. Although things didn't go to plan in a deeper race at Newmarket subsequently, it's still early days for the son of Territories and stepping back up in trip could be ideal at this stage. Acclaimed Freedom is high on the shortlist on his first run since being gelded, while Sargent Dennis and Fizzy Cristal also merit betting checks.

ARISHKA'S DREAM appeared to struggle on turf and was well below form at Ffos Las last time, but that came after a consistent spell on AW, which included placing five times in seven starts, and he is back at the scene of his C&D win here. With Daniel & Claire Kubler's yard in good form and a return to his preferred surface, he can bounce back. Acclaimed Freedom was also below form at Epsom last time, but has a competitive mark and the switch back to AW and drop in class could help. Sargent Dennis is another who needs to bounce back from a below-par run on the turf at Doncaster but had been in good form previously, including a win at Windsor, and can be competitive if returning to that level having also shown good form on this surface with runner-up efforts here and at Kempton.
