Rue Taylor beat Teenage Kiss by a neck over 2m7f at this track in June and can have a say if confirming that form. However, ROCKONLIAM is two from two so far this year and made a strong impression when scoring by over four lengths on his chasing bow at this venue last time. An opening mark of 118 over fences might prove to be lenient and he looks the one to be on.
ROCKONLIAM proved progressive over hurdles and was a cosy winner here on his chase debut. His yard's horses tend to improve significantly over fences and he should have much more to offer over this longer trip. There wasn't much between Rue Taylor and Teenage Kiss here last time with the pair looking the main threats. The former remains well treated on his hurdles form and would appreciate a stiff test. The latter likes the track and arguably hit the front too soon last time but is vulnerable to a stronger stayer.
