MASABAN won emphatically on his handicap bow at Ripon before failing to justify favouritism at Doncaster last time. However, he still cruised into contention that day and it might have been that ground softer than good blunted his finishing kick. Back on a sounder surface, the unexposed Siyouni gelding can resume his progress. Recent Carlisle victor Ravishing Beauty enters calculations from her plumb draw, and spare a thought for Keep An Eye On It, who has Tom Marquand in the saddle for the first time.
