Saint Polo continued his upward trajectory when completing a hat-trick over timber at Sedgefield and merits respect in his current vein of form. Although the six-year-old is operating off a lower mark reverting to chasing, he does have something to prove after finishing a well-beaten seventh on his sole attempt at Fontwell in May. With that in mind, MISS DENVER gets the vote after finishing second on her last three outings, with fellow in-form rival Most Wanted a feasible alternative.
SAINT POLO recently completed a hat trick over hurdles showing a willing attitude and he can take advantage of his lower mark on his chase return. He does face competition for the lead from bold jumper Most Wanted who looks on a fair mark judged on his chase debut victory. He will be tough to peg back if getting into a rhythm in front. The pair could end up setting the race up for the admirably consistent Juggernaut in the first time blinkers but that rival does struggle to cross the line in front.
