SHELLRUNFORBRIGGS disappointed badly on her most recent hurdling run in January, but returned to form when finishing second in a Listed chase last month. An easy winner of a weak maiden hurdle in December, she disappointed at Navan subsequently but ran to a higher level than today's 102 rating over fences at Thurles last time. She again looks well-in over hurdles and is a progressive five-year-old. Point-to-point winner Walk In The Clouds is 7lb higher than when scoring at Naas, while Westandtogether has been raised 8lb for a Navan success in February.
WESTANDTOGETHER had plenty in hand when making a winning handicap debut and is expected to follow up off 8lb higher. She remains well treated on her strong maiden form and is proven on stiff tracks on testing ground. Elsannah was far from disgraced over an inadequate trip on her return from a huge lay off last time. She is well treated on her old form and could provide a big challenge stepped back up in distance if avoiding the bounce. Heavy ground maiden winner Shellrunforbriggs was outclassed in a Listed chase last time but is potentially thrown in back over fences so also looks a big player for a yard with a fine record here.
