Verdict

DOLLY HELLO lacks a recent outing but she should be up to winning a race like this on the pick of last season's form. She showed up well over 7f at Fairyhouse in September and again when fourth over the same distance at Naas the following month. She goes up in trip on her return to action and might put it up to both Coul Dreamer and Tyraxes, who were only separated by half a length when third and fourth respectively behind the subsequent maiden hurdle winner Hygge over C&D in May. Sron Na Caise drops back in distance after his run at Ballinrobe last time.

Watch out for: Sron Na Caise (5)

The returning Dolly Hello is a player on her best efforts and very much respected as the only filly assuming she's ready to roll, but it's WILD SAPPHIRE who appeals most. She's not yet lived up to expectations but returns from a 96-day break in a first-time tongue-tie and the breathing aid could help get him across the line in front here. Tyraxes is well exposed but he's consistent enough and needs considering also.
