WORLD AS ONE was turned over at a short price on his debut at Clonmel early last month and can go one place better now. The Waldgeist gelding chased home impressive winner High Kick Kev and, with that run under his belt, he could prove hard to beat. Jack Owen Jack was also runner-up on his opening bid, chasing home Minella Emperor in Cork last October, and looks an obvious danger. Returning Officer finished mid-division in a strong Navan bumper on his debut in February 2025, so he has a lengthy absence to overcome.
WORLD AS ONE was turned over at short odds first time out but he still ran a race full of promise and is taken to build on that here for a first victory. The slight drop in trip should suit and he is chosen above Tea Biscuit who ran well in a hurdles on his only start to date. The form of that race has been boosted since so he should make an impact in this discipline. Jack Owen Jack ran well on his bumper debut and should come on for that experience. He should also be thereabouts at the finish.
