Verdict

Dream Harder resumed winning ways at Epsom with the help of a first-time tongue strap. He remains well treated on his best form, despite a 4lb penalty, but CAPH STAR could edge a tight contest. The latter was well clear of the rest when finishing a close second under Harry Rimell at Newbury and a similar effort should see him bang there at the finish once again. Chester runner-up Fast Fred is also enters calculations.

All of the field can be given a chance here but ARRANGE is the selection after returning to form on her last couple of outings. The course winner is now a stone below her last winning mark and can take advantage at the chief expense of Dream Harder. He needed every yard over 12f when snapping his losing run last time and remains well treated on his old form despite a 4lb rise so should be thereabouts. The consistent Fast Fred can also make his presence felt but could probably do with some rain while at a bigger price Edward Sexton is of some interest. The bumper winner found 10f too sharp on his handicap debut but could leave his previous form behind now tackling staying trips for the first time.
