Jaijai stepped forward from his Ascot debut to fill the runner-up spot at Hamilton and that experience gives him every chance of getting off the mark. That said, Richard Hannon's colt faces some interesting newcomers, not least the only filly in the line-up CUT AND SEW. The daughter of Starman cost 260,000gns at Tattersalls Book 1 in October and represents a stable currently in fine fettle. Others to note are Shoof and It Dunt Marra.
Cut And Sew is an interesting newcomer from a good yard, but their juveniles tend to need a run and JAIJAI sets a decent standard anyway having improved down to this trip at Hamilton last time when a good second. He likely has more to offer and can get off the mark. Seathegulls should improve on his debut effort but he certainly needs to.
