TELLHERTHENAME was a decent novice hurdler and has contested both the County and Swinton since teaming up with Dan Skelton. He was a beaten favourite on his sole start over the larger obstacles but this is less taxing and, despite having to concede plenty of weight to his two rivals, his class is expected to shine through. Half A Chance can claim second ahead of Tamarind Bay.
A tight contest where TELLHERTHENAME can defy top weight. He's well treated on his old hurdle form and has hinted at a revival for his new yard recently. He is open to improvement over fences as is consistent hurdler Tamarind Bay who may find this trip on the sharp side on his chase debut. Half A Chance has failed to add to his hurdling debut victory but shaped well on his first start over fences last time and could prove the main danger.
