Verdict

Tenbob Tommy looked better than ever when completing a double on the back of a 91-day break at Leicester and another absence shouldn't be seen as a negative. However, a 3lb higher mark does demand another career best from the five-year-old and preference is for LEQUINTO. Tony Carroll's veteran supplemented a victory at Windsor with a runner-up effort at the same venue last month and, off an unchanged mark, another bold bid is forecast. Glorious Goodwood runner-up U S S Charleston is a feasible alternative.
