Francois Rohaut (28 July 2021): "The French programme lacks sprint races and so we have to look elsewhere. Her main target is the Prix de l’Abbaye de Longchamp, but she has to run somewhere before that and so we have decided to run her in the King George Qatar Stakes at Goodwood. After that she will run the prep race for the Abbaye on 12th September at ParisLongchamp. I like Goodwood where I have enjoyed considerable success and I am delighted to be back there, albeit not in person. Suesa had won in heavy ground in France, but in lesser races and the six furlongs at Ascot in that ground proved a bit much for her. She has a lot of natural speed and that was probably a bit too far. The good thing is that William was not too hard on her and she has come back in great form. Mentally she is very strong."
