Paul Nicholls (08 April 2026): "He is obviously one of our best horses and he’ll have a great chance in the Sefton Novices’ Hurdle first time up to three miles. There’s no doubt he’ll get the trip bit I just think we would need a bit of rain for him to run. He’s a big horse who hits the ground hard even though he won on decent ground at Newbury and we’ll just have to see what the weather does."

Paul Nicholls (25 February 2026): "That was brilliant this morning and just what he wanted. He went to Lambourn last week and did a gallop with Regent’s Stroll. No Drama This End takes plenty of work and is a big strong thick set horse and this is just when he wanted. He went round with Tutti Quanti who is a sharp horse and that was perfect. It was always the plan to go straight to Cheltenham although it did cross my mind to go to Ascot two weeks ago, it was a National Hunt Novices’ Hurdle where he only got one penalty but if something had gone wrong it’s not worth it. We just stuck to the plan and just had a nice gallop. He had three quick runs and did quite well really to do what he did at Cheltenham and it was an afterthought to go for the Sandown race and then we ran him quickly again at Newbury. He got over those quickly and had a nice break, but we will get stuck into him again now so he’s nice and fit and fresh. He is the same sort of model at Denman, doesn’t show masses at home and is workmanlike and big and strong. You wouldn’t know how good he is until he runs but if he is anywhere near Denman we would be a lot happy in the future. Again, like Denman you will see the best of him when he is jumping a fence. He is behind the bridle and laidback and when Harry picks him up he is there. He has done all the talking on the track and won two Grade 2 and a Grade 1 and you can’t ask anymore. They have over 200mls of rain since Christmas and you would be pretty sure those first two days, they would be sure to make it good to soft, that is fine, and he is not short of speed. He wouldn’t need to go for the Albert Bartlett."

Paul Nicholls (13 October 2025): "He looked very good when winning his bumper at Warwick on New Year’s Eve and then ran ok in the Champion bumper at Cheltenham. He is a horse we like and, hopefully, he can develop into a Challow Hurdle contender."
