We are obviously aiming for the National and he will take the same route as last year. It was unfortunate the ground was good as he is not the quickest and wants soft ground. He was struggling halfway round and then just stayed on. With the experience and another year on his back and soft ground he could go a lot closer. "

Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero (19 December 2024): "We were delighted with his first run at Haydock. He has improved since then and, all being well, he goes to Ascot on Saturday. We are looking forward to that, and then the long-term plan is the Grand National."
