Expert View:
Below form up in trip, market expected better comfortably held in a handicap here last time; top course trainer; effective 10-13f, acts on soft, good and AW, may not like it fast these days; in generally good form, can bounce back down in distance.
Star rating: 4

Stable Tour Quotes
Jim Goldie (10 September 2026): "He ran in an amateur rider race last time and we were probably guilty of going too fast. He’s still in good form and he is quite potent at his level. He ran in the Cumberland Plate at Carlisle and set the race up for a course record and he can take them all on at a fair gallop. If he gets an easy in front, then he’s probably hard to catch at that lower level. We might skip Ayr and go to Hamilton or something like that over a mile and a half. The ground doesn’t seem to matter to him."
Jim Goldie (17 September 2024): "If he gets a run in the seven-furlong race at Ayr he could be a big player. He is coming back down to a good mark. I would be fairly confident he could run well at a big price."
Jim Goldie (19 September 2023): "He won on his first run for us and has been a bit disappointing since but he has dropped to feasible mark. I can see him running well at Ayr this week and he gets into the 0-70 over seven furlongs."
