Joe Tizzard (07 October 2026): "He improved 30lb last year obviously winning the handicap at Ascot and the Greatwood and I think he could have been second if he hadn’t missed the last in the Champion Hurdle. I don’t think he has to improve too much on the figures and if he can improve maybe half a stone then that puts him right in the mix. He’ll start up at Newcastle in the Fighting Fifth and he’s definitely capable of winning one of them on the way before we roll the dice again in the Champion Hurdle."

Joe Tizzard (17 November 2025): "I thought I had him the best I have had him going into the Greatwood. He was stepping up again but to get away like he did after the last was a proper performance. It’s quite nice to have a horse like him as we haven’t had a lot of two-mile hurdlers. We have had two cracking weekends with him, and I am minded that he has done it twice in a fortnight and on slower ground this time. He has given us plenty to ponder over now."

Joe Tizzard (03 December 2024): "He is a horse we bought off the Flat and he surprised me when winning at Taunton. He had some good Flat form in Germany, and we ran him in a charity race on the Flat with Tom Malone on and he bolted up. He seems to be growing all the time and is a nice horse. I haven’t really decided where he goes next, but he will go somewhere over Christmas and is going in the right direction."
