CHEQUE EN BLANC has won two of his six starts over fences and might be open to more improvement in this sphere. A 5lb rise for the latest of those victories seems fair and he can go in again, this time at the main expense of Uallrightharry, who has won his last two and is another on the upgrade. The Lion Dancer brings winning C&D form to the table and is noted along with last year's winner The Tin Miner.

A good handicap with THE TIN MINER taken to follow up last year's success. He made a bright start for Chris Gordon over hurdles here when last seen and has dropped to a handy mark. The Lion Dancer is another C&D winner who could go well if ready to roll on his return. Cheque En Blanc was value for extra when scoring over further here a fortnight ago and has to be respected again now up 5 lb.
