Paul Nicholls (21 October 2024): "He is a dark one to keep an eye on over fences as he showed a good level over hurdles and was placed in some good handicaps. He won a nice handicap at Aintree last year and I think he could just be one of those horses who improves for going chasing. Every now and again you get that high 130 horse who improves 10-15lb for going over fences and he could easily be that horse. We can hope and pray."

Paul Nicholls (26 February 2024): "He has two options at the Festival and he is the Coral Cup and is also in the Martin Pipe. He is rated 143 and the Martin Pipe is 0-145 and I would suspect he will run there, and Freddie Gingell will ride him. He has won two good handicaps this season and won at Aintree off topweight and probably had done enough when running in the Lanzarote after Christmas. Harry said they didn’t go quick enough for him, and he needs a fast run race where he can come off the pace. He has done very well over hurdles and will probably have two more runs over hurdles this season at Cheltenham and Aintree and will be chasing in the autumn and then that’s when we will see the best of him."

Paul Nicholls (18 October 2023): "He was a highly progressive handicap hurdler last season after we sorted his wind out and he won three for us culminating in a win at Huntingdon in February. He was unlucky at Aintree when finishing fast after being nearly brought down early and he started back in the Silver Trophy. He could potentially be a very good novice chaser and we will think about fences for him now."
