Ben Pauling (07 October 2025): "I was delighted to see him produce the goods last season and he is in very good form. He will probably run at Kempton on October 19 as a prep for the Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham in November. We will play his season by ear from there, but he is in pretty good order. I think he has been a bit of a character who we have had to work out how to get the best out of."

Ben Pauling (10 October 2024): "He had a nearly season again last term and we are going to go chasing with him. He is a horse who is an unbelievable jumper, and we will start in a novice handicap chase somewhere and go forward from there."

Ben Pauling (08 April 2024): "He has an entry in the two and a half mile handicap hurdle and he might have an entry in the three-mile handicap hurdle on Saturday. I think I have been campaigning this horse over the wrong trip and the only time I have run him over two and half he has run very well. I think a lot of these juveniles stay well. He is in very good form with himself, will handle the ground and he likes to be ridden prominently. He is going to land a big one at some point and who knows when that might be."
